“How do you see yourself in the future?” That is the question I have always dreaded to answer. The thought of my future has always instilled fear into me because the future is, truly, unknown

I suppose now I’ll do my best to predict the best case scenarios in my upcoming future.

Of course, to be a nineteen year old and Tik Tok famous would be superb. Imagine getting paid to make dance videos and live in Los Angeles, California for the rest of your life! Unfortunately, that will most definitely not be the case for me.

Currently, I am a sophomore in college burying myself in thousands of dollars in debt. I can only hope that it will all be worth it in the end. With that being said, I am beginning to imagine the best future I can envision for myself.

Fast forward three years from now. I have graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Health Behavior Science. In my junior and senior years of college, I had become a resident assistant, developed lifelong friendships, and made the most out of my college career. After graduating from UD, I moved to Florida to be with my parents. I later decided to move to New York City with my best friend and live contently in a rustic apartment. I become employed in a well-known hospital near me and tend to patients at their bedside. After working in a New York hospital, I eventually decided to begin traveling around the United States with my occupation. By going to hospitals in different parts of the U.S and doing what I am passionate about, I met many people and was able to immerse myself in unfamiliar environments.

I decided to move back to Florida to be near my mom, dad, and brother. I have a husband who I met while I was traveling across the country. I have two dogs as well as children of my own-if my husband so desires, I will think about it. We travel to Disney, Universal, and enjoy the many beaches that Florida has to offer. I work in Florida to continue my passion for healthcare and grow old with my family.

To look further into my future is nearly impossible as this task was dreadful for me to do, to begin with, but I am hopeful that my decisions will lead me on track for my ideal future.
