As soon as I started to ponder about this question, my mind went crazy.  I have never taken the time to just sit down and think about my future.  I always wanted to be a professional soccer player when I was younger, but as time went on, reality started to set in.  I am currently taking life day by day and waiting for the big picture to form.

With that being said, the year is 2023 and I will be graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Finance.  I started my internships Junior year of college, which have jump started my career of becoming a stockbroker.  As my senior year comes to an end, I received an amazing call from one of the top firms in New York.  They have offered me a full-time job straight out of college.  This is a very huge accomplishment for me, and this made my parents very proud.  As I look back at freshman year, I am very happy that I changed my attitude and mindset.  The changes that I made have really shaped the person that I am today.  Since I am starting right out of college, I know I need to bring a lot to the table.  I want to make positive changes to the firm and be recognized for my hard work and dedication.

Growing up in a big family, my parents would always say, “Family comes first.”  That is what made me want to have a family.  Fast forward 10 years, I now have a beautiful wife that I met on my vacation to Aruba.  After living in the Big apple for almost 10 years, my wife and I decide to move back to Long Island, where we both grew up.  We made this decision because we finally thought it was time to start a family.  Fast forward another 5 years, we now have one boy, one girl, and two dogs.  I am very happy in my life right now and don’t regret any choices I made.

Not all dreams turn into a reality, so I am hoping that my present self will make the right changes to benefit my future self.  I am going to try my best to be prepared for everything that will be thrown at me.  I know I will get knocked down, but what others don’t know is that I will come back stronger.
