Two exams down, one to go?

I should take a break for a year… No. These exams NEED to be completed. You told yourself, “AT LEAST three exams done by the time you graduate.”. Fine, you’re right. I suppose I’ll stay true to my word. Exam FM didn’t feel too bad though. It was no exam P but I’d say this felt straightforward for the most part. I’m gonna dread this eight-week wait for my score though. I just wanna see my name pop up on the list of passing candidates, is that too much to ask? 

Ok, scores are in… Congratulations, all the hard work has paid off and once again you see your name on the list of passing candidates on the SOA website! The next exam window is in six months and I should probably start studying for IFM as soon as possible. But first, I just need a little sleep…

What time is it? 10:43 AM. Ok great. What’s today’s date?? Wait. September 17th!?? Shit SHIT! The exam is only a few days away! I do NOT feel prepared at all. I can’t do this. I need more time. This is bad, this is very bad! Nathan, calm down… Breathe in, breathe out… You’ll be fine. You’ve had loads of time to study over the summer. On top of the time you had to yourself, you also had mandatory study time at your internship over the summer. You’ve taken all the relevant coursework and looked through all the study manuals. You’ll do great and you know you will, just don’t stress out about it. Ok, you’re right. I just can’t wait for this to be over with…

The day is finally here. All the hard work so far has led up to these next few hours in front of this computer screen. You told yourself three exams at the beginning of these four years. Well here we are now. Only one more to go…
