I would have never thought that I would be finishing my second semester of freshman year of college at home.  This semester was going so well, and it came to an end way too quick.  I still wake up sometimes with confusion and I ask myself, “why am I home?”  Then, I remember we are going through a world crisis.  The only reason why I was kind of excited to come home was to see my friends, but I can’t even do that because I can’t leave my house.

My daily schedule has changed drastically since I have been home.  At school I would wake up at around 9:00 o’clock AM every day and go to class from 10 o’clock to 2 o’clock.  I would usually get food right after class and then go straight back to my dorm.  I would relax for around 30 minutes and then do my homework and study for any upcoming exams and quizzes.  Once, I finished studying I would hang out with my roommates until I was tired.  At home, I play Xbox to at least 3 o’clock in the morning everyday and I wake up at around 1 o’clock in the afternoon.  I get out of bed at around 2 o’clock and finally eat breakfast.  After I finish my breakfast, I work out for around an hour and then I finally start my work for the day.  Once, I am done with my work for the night, I eat dinner and then go straight on to Xbox until I go to bed.  It is crazy to think about how much my schedule has changed in the matter of 2 weeks.

I keep thinking about the question, “how are you doing?”  I want to say I am not doing well, but I know there are people out there that are in worst situations.  I am grateful to be healthy and be in a safe and loving environment.  This is a crazy time to be alive, and I think we all just need to stay home and appreciate the family around us.
